Posse Comitatus.  A wonderful little law.  Basically it states that the US military as well as a civilian army cannot use force against American citizens.  No military and no brown-shirters.  However, in 2011 the dictator suspended Posse Comitatus.  Now why would the dictator do that unless he had intended all along to commit such an atrocity.

Eric Holder said the dictator cannot legally use drone strikes to kill American citizens on American soil, hypothetically.  The dictator go against the law?  Of course he will. Count on it.  Hey hey LBJ.  How many kids you kill today?  Ah, the good old days.

Holder also stated that the big banks are too big to prosecute.  Wow.  Free license to do even more plundering.

Florida is trying to pass a law that anyone buying ammunition must go through anger management classes every ten years.  Really?  Without a court order?  Gee,, that automatically makes you a mentally unbalanced person and therefore unable to buy guns and ammo.  Sneaky.  I see what you did there.

Habeas Corpus.  Another nice law.  Requires a person who has been arrested to be able to go before a judge.  The dictator got rid of that too.  Patriot Act anyone?  NDAA anyone?  Getting arrested without due process sounds like China or North Korea.

A little boy turning about 7 had cup cakes to celebrate his birthday with his class.  They were delivered to the school office and then his classroom.  OMG!  Red Alert!  There were little toy plastic soldiers on top.  Yet another teacher who throws up and urinates on herself.  How utterly insensitive can people get?  Now another teacher in need of trauma care.  Hey idiot teacher!  Look!  A plastic tiny toy.  pew  pew  pew.  Take that.  Perhaps she should rethink her career.  Preferably no where near children.

Happy Birthday, little guy.  You are now on the terrorist list.

A young boy eating his pop tart in school for breakfast,.  Biting into it in hopes of having it look like a mountain.  Such a little terrorist!  His teacher took one look and only saw a GUN.  I hope this teacher threw up and urinated herself.  Now this young innocent child is suspended from school.  Do you have to pass an idiot test before becoming a public school teacher?  I would like to know how this person grew up.  Did she ever use her imagination?  Did she ever watch cartoons or see a movie?  Has she ever had human contact before in her life?  Quick.  Somebody get her into a trauma center now.  I doubt she will ever be able to eat food again without sensing the danger in unloaded food.

Interesting facts in ovomitcare. (3) Limitation on databases or data banks – NONE of the authorities provided to the Secretary  under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or amendment made by that Act shall be construed to authorize or may be used to maintain records of individual ownership or possession of a firearm, or ammunition.

(4) Limitation on determination of premium rates or eligibility for health insurance – A premium rate may not be increased, health insurance coverage may not be denied, and a discount, rebate, or reward offered for participation in a wellness program may not be reduced or withheld under any health benefit plan issued pursuant to or in accordance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or an amendment made by that Act on the basis of, or on reliance upon (A) the lawful ownership of a firearm or ammunition; or (B) the lawful storage of a firearm or ammunition.

(5) Limitation on data collection requirements for individuals – NO individual, shall be required to disclose any information under any data collection activity authorized under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or an amendment made by that Act relating to – (A) the lawful ownership or possession of a firearm or ammunition; or (B) the lawful use, possession, or storage of a firearm or ammunition.

NO means NO!  Keep your filthy dictator hands off our lawful firearms and ammunition.

Wow.  That sequester just keeps getting better and better,  Folks around the country are losing their jobs.  But thank God the TSA can still buy $1,000 uniforms.

Wow, again.  Eric Holder  announced that “hypothetically” the dictator can legally kill American citizens on American soil [without due process] by drones.  Holder says the dictator might not.  The dictator says yes to things and ends up saying no.  He says no to other things and then does them.  Sieg Heil, oh imperial dick-tater.  And if there is collateral damage, aka killing other innocent people?  Well, I guess just being in the same area, city or state makes us all guilty of whatever the deceased was accused of but never arrested, charged, tried or sentenced.  Works out well in Pakistan and Afghanistan, right?

The National Science Foundation got $325,000 to make robo-squirrels.  Once they get weaponized, they will have the ability to throw stones.  Take that! You stealer of nuts.  Why not?  After all, the robo-dogs can now throw cinder blocks.  Must keep up to take down the nut thieves.

How are the people doing in NY and NJ since Hurricane Sandy left at the end of October 2012?  Let’s see.  FEMA got any where from $51 billion to $60 billion from the taxpayers.  The workers got to stay in hotels but ran out of water for the victims in just a few short days.  $9 billion went to the FEMA flood insurance.  A whole lot went to FBI salaries, Amtrak upgrades and road projects for non-involved states.

$500 million went for weather forecasting and an ocean zoning plan.  There was funding for Head Start, roof repairs on The Smithsonian and a mere $150 million for fisheries all across the country.  Nope, don’t see an pounce of pork anywhere.  Pounds, maybe, but not an ounce.

With so many helped out by the taxpayers I find it odd that a lot of the actual citizens /victims of Hurricane Sandy still do not have electricity or phones.  They live among mold, rats, roaches and water bugs.  A lot still do not have decent water if they have water at all.  But the fisheries are okay!  Isn’t that what really matters?  Of the claims to FEMA, 68% were renters of low income and 24% were homeowners of low income.  One/fifth of all claims were those making %90,000 and above.  Guess which areas got the first attention and help?  Oh come on, be a sport.  Take a guess.

If you picked those who make enough to get their own insurance as the ones who got helped first then, ding, ding, ding, you chose the correct answer.  Those neighborhoods and businesses are up and running.  If you were one of the unlucky to live in a basement apartment with a store above?  Well, insurance says it is not an apartment.  It is a basement.  Therefore only the boiler and furnace will be looked at.  Be still my heart.  The over-flow of Christmas Spirit is almost too much to grasp.

Oh the horrors of the sequester.  People are waiting days just to board an airplane.  Oh wait.  No they’re not.  Those who fly have reported not seeing any more of a delay than usual.  If there are any delays it would most likely be due to Janet Napolitano telling the TSA to go into slow down mode.  There!  That will teach people to mess with her budget.

Meanwhile, over at the poor and now broke Pentagon, the military will have to start looking for oil pans for the Blackhawk helicopters that cost less than $17,000 each.  That is almost cruel.  Perhaps they should not have had that $21,000 space symposium.  Well, at least the Office of Naval Research got $1.5 million to develop a new kind of beef jerky.

The next generation of F-35 fighter jets [which have been grounded because the engines do not work] is only going to cost somewhere near $1.5 trillion over the next 55 years.  The development budget for this super duper non-flying machine is only $6 billion.

Do the sheep care about the morbidly bloated Pentagon budget?  Of course not.  Do the sheep care about the number of drones now over the cities of our Republic?  Nah.  Do the sheep care how much of late we resemble Nazi Germany under Hitler or the financial state of Europe or Greece?  Why not at all.  That’s all in a distant land.  All the sheep really care about is being pointed in the direction of whom to blame.

Sequester.  The dictator demanded it.  Signed it into law.  Lied that the republicans wanted it.  The sheep cry how badly mistreated is their beloved leader.

Now that the new year is over taxpayers see their paychecks lowered by more taxes.  They see their insurance premiums still going up.  Not by “one thin dime” but by lots of fat dimes.  Jobs are still being lost.  Jobs are still being sent overseas.  Foreign nations are demanding their gold back but the dictator doesn’t want to release it all at once.  Billionaires are dumping their stock.  China is busy preparing the now their deep water port in California.

As far as the sequester goes, thousands of illegals were already set free from prisons before the start of the sequester.  Might have been easier and better to set Americans free who had non-violent misdemeanors.  Of course that would have made sense but not more profits for the privatized prisons who make money when American citizens are incarcerated.

Department of Motherland Security could have stopped buying ammo and assault weapons for “personal use”.  Could have also not leased an enormous facility for training.  The military could easily stop the waste and duplicity of spending monies.  The dictator and politicians could have been included instead of being exempt.

The plan was always to strike at the poor, disabled and those truly in need of services.  That way the voters get angry at whomever they are pointed towards.  Works every time.

Fiscal cliff time will be here soon.  Egad!  No!  Another crisis!  I am so tired of all these phony crises every  three to six months.  Meanwhile the taxpayers seem to gladly pay for research on shrimp running on treadmills, poisons being put in our foods, paying for another state’s favorite fishing lake and who will be on the next postage stamp.

I hope our dictator and very corrupt government do realize they have committed and are on the verge of committing crimes against humanity.  These include torture, enforced disappearance of persons, apartheid [doesn’t matter the race], persecution of political, national, race and other groups.

They are also in danger of having already committed or about to commit democide.  This includes  murder of people by the government, persecution of national feelings, religion, destruction of personal security, liberty, health, dignity and detention camps for groups or individuals.

Our veterans are not terrorists but they are vilified as a group.  Christians are a group.  Ron Paul supporters are a group.  Those who disagree with the dictator are a massive group.  Those on the “no hesitation” gun targets are groups.  Gun owners are groups.  The list goes on.

To this most corrupt government I say, “Be careful for what you wish”.       You just might it.

I had been wondering why so many people are getting sick.  I’m not talking about colds and flu.  I’m talking about auto-immune diseases, cancers and the need for so much medication that have terrible side effects.  I think I found my answer.

Let’s look at GM soybeans.  Not the fermented products or non-hydrogenated oil that’s certified organic.  Those few products are okay.  It’s the non-fermented soybeans used in all types of food and baby formula.

These cause:  breast cancer   brain damage   birth defects   thyroid disorders   kidney stones   impaired immune systems   fatal food allergies   impaired fertility   gender identification problems in small children.  They contain aluminum [linked to Alzheimer].  Found in baby formula with the equivalence of giving an infant 5 birth control pills a day.  They contain pesticides.  In lab tests sterility occurs by the third generation.  The increase of boys thinking they are girls is way out of control.

The next is aspartame.  It causes:  depression   obesity   heart disease   type 2 diabetes   blood cancers   brain damage   headaches   dizziness   seizures   nausea   muscle spasms   numbness   rashes   fatigue   insomnia   vision problems   asthma   joint pain   plus a whole lot more.

The dairy corporations have petitioned the FDA [our “friend”] to allow aspartame to be used in dairy products as a “standard”.  That means it doesn’t have to be included on the label.  How nice.  The FDA says if aspartame is used, then “artificially sweetened” must be included on the label.  Drink up, kiddies.

Lastly there is BPA [plastics].  Their side effects include:  hormone imbalances   behavior problems   brain disorders   cancer   heart problems   obesity   diabetes   ADHD   and more.

Since virtually any form of physical activity is banned from public schools, that children must eat the cafeteria food and are highly addicted to electronics, the wife of the dictator needs to stop talking so high and mighty about childhood obesity like it is the parents fault and fault of the children.

One or two more generations and there will be no problem with over-population.  Public school graduates will become infertile,  sterile and full of diseases.

I want Monsanto out of business.  I want people informed about the poisons the FDA is allowing into our foods.  I want children to grow up healthy and well educated so they can grow up to have decent lives and families of their own if they so wish.

Where will people run to when America finally falls?  Can’t go south into Mexico.  Mexico jails illegals who enter their country without permission.  Canada has their own problems with their corrupt government.  Most people don’t have the funds to even go over to another state.  There will be no place to go.  If enough true American citizens unite and tell this dictator and the rest of the government to stop and desist, we have a good chance of getting our Republic back.  A Republic where the government fears the people and not the other way around.

I want Americans to stop watching the state-run media.  I want them to actually do some honest researching and critical thinking.  I know that al Qaeda was created by the CIA and funded by the USA.  I see where John Kerry has promised $60 million of taxpayer money to give to the Syrian opposition fighting the USA-funded al Qaeda.  It’s like betting on both teams to win.

I see Janet Napolitano threatening American citizens with terrorism if she doesn’t get her piece of the American taxpayer pie.  Instead of stomping her foot, she released 10,000 illegals [criminals] into Arizona, Texas and Florida.

I see Gibbs laughing as he tells Americans he was told to lie about the drones to the American public if he wanted the job.  He got the job and he lied and lied.  Nice way to sell your soul.

I see Diane Feinstein telling Mr and Mrs America she is going to take away all their personal pleasure weapons.

I see the Supreme Court has voted down the 4th amendment 5-4.  Now the police don’t need a warrant or any real reason to invade our privacy or homes, personal papers or computers.

I see Janet Napolitano telling us that out veterans are the number one terror threat to America.  I see Eric Holder saying home grown terrorists [American citizens] are equal to foreign terrorists.

I see Rand Paul ask for the third time if the CIA is going to use drones to kill Americans on American soil.

What I do not see is any other politician taking a stand for American citizens, The Constitution and The Bill of Rights.

Canadians have warned us to not surrender our guns.  The British and Australians have begged the same from us.

China has demanded that the dictator disarm American citizens and they will gladly help.

I see all this and more because it is all hidden in plain sight.  I can read and comprehend.  I can think for myself.  I am not owned by any person on this entire planet.
